Aparentemente porque su marido, Patrice Ciprelli, también ha sido suspendido por haber sido cazado comprando EPO. ¿Hay relación directa entre ambos hechos? No lo sé y espero que se aclare todo, pero me temo que huele mal.
Por un lado, me parecen inquisitorias las normas de la UCI que pueden mandarte a los vampiros en cualquier momento y lugar sin restricción para pedirte una muestra con la que comprobar tu limpieza. En el Tour Andy Schleck estaba cenando en un restaurante y tuvo que dejar la comida, ir al baño con un botecito y regresar con el mismo lleno de orina a la vista de todo el mundo.
Por otro, me parece perfecto que todo el peso de la ley caiga sobre quien se dopa.
En tercer lugar, si eres corredor y se sospecha que te has dopado, te crucifican, léase Valverde. L´Equipe puede acusar a Armstrong de doparse hace 15 años, se obtienen muestras fraudulentamente de su orina de entonces y también se le condena mediáticamente. Adicionalmente, sólo por ser corredor, también se te condena socialmente por si acaso te hubieras planteado el doparte y no hay ignorante en tertulia de taberna barata que no diga en voz alta que los ciclistas son drogadictos.
Ahora a los managers. Si han suspendido a Ciprelli, que es manager, por algo que ha hecho mal, ¿por qué no sancionan a Riis, actual manager del Saxo Bank, quien ha reconocido que se dopó como si no costara en sus Tours sin que nadie le hubiera acusado?
La UCI es el cortijo de una Dirección anclada en el pasado, de espaldas al ciclismo, ignorante del deporte y por encima de los más elementales códigos éticos.
Las normas deberían hacerse y aplicarse sólo para detectar y castigar a los que se dopan, no en perjuicio del ciclismo.

Why was she out of sight? It seems that because her husband, Patrice Ciprelli, has also been suspended as he was caught getting EPO. Is there a direct liaison between both facts? On one side, UCI rules appear inquisitorial to me. You can receive the vampires at any moment and place with no restriction to obtain a sample that demonstrates your cleanness. In third place, if you are a cyclist and they suspect that you dope, they crucify you, i.e. Valverde. L´Equipe accuses Armstrong of doping 15 years ago, that époque’s urine samples are obtained fraudulently and he is medially sentenced. In addition, just for being a cyclist, you are socially condemned because you might have thought of doping and there is no ignorant fool taking part in a shabby tavern gathering that does not say that cyclist are drug addicts in a loud voice.
Now managers. If Ciprelli, who is a manager, has been suspended because of something that he did wrong, why don´t sanction Riis, current Saxo Bank Team Manager, who recognized that he doped as if it was free in his Tours with no prior accusation?
The UCI is the ranch of a stuck in the past Board, back to cycling, sport ignorant and above the most elemental ethic codes.
Rules should be made and applied just to catch and punish dopers, not in prejudice of cycling.
