Este desviador se me antoja un derroche de imaginación. Mediante una incomodísima de accionar palanquita en el propio desviador, conseguimos una tensión en el muelle que impide que el desviador se mueva con la bicicleta y que la cadena golpee el cuadro. Además, impedirá que se salga la cadena fácilmente. Tan solo ha de liberarse el desviador para poder quitar la rueda.

 

Parece que los usuarios más agradecidos son aquéllos que bajan rápido y quieren evitar los dos problemas mencionados. A lo mejor no es tan efectivo en el terreno, no lo sé, pero me parece una brillantísima idea.

SPORT LAB puede ofrecer, como sabéis, diversos servicios para muchos perfiles. Uno de los más gratificantes y sorprendentes es que iremos al Instituto Padre Manjón de Granada a efectuar una valoración de la salud de los chicos.

 

200 jóvenes pasarán por las manos de un equipo que coordina Pablo y que podrá detectar posibles patologías y proporcionará las directrices a seguir para solventarlas, si es que procede.

Aunque la salud de los chavales es el motor de esta acción, que sepáis que Pablo me dice que ve entre los niños algunos con cualidades físicas para ganar algún Tour a nada que él lo entrenara.

 

SPORT LAB offers, as you know, different services suitable to diverse profiles. One of the most satisfying and surprising is that we will go to the Padre Manjón High School in Granada to carry out youngsters´ health assessment.

 

200 young boys and girls will pass through a coordinated by Pablo team´s hands that might detect possible pathologies and that will provide the directives to solve them, if any.

 

Though kid´s health is the engine of this action, you must know that Pablo told me that he finds out some kids with physical aptitude to win a Tour if he was the trainer.

 

 

 

Así es. No vamos a Nueva York a la maratón que se celebrará el próximo seis de noviembre. Sin embargo, diez afortunados consumidores de Gatorade que leen Sport Life, sí. Las bebida y la revista han aunado esfuerzos para que esos diez afortunados cuenten con nutricionista, entrenador profesional y una prueba de esfuerzo que asegure que podrán correr con salud.

 

Uno de ellos es José Andrés Cañadas, de Granada. Por tanto, Sport Life ha depositado su confianza en SPORT LAB para que realicemos una prueba de esfuerzo en la que determinemos si José Andrés puede correr en Nueva York con seguridad.

 

Coincidió que José Andrés era antiguo cliente de SPORT LAB, por lo que teníamos unos datos previos de él que ayudaron a que todo fuera más fácil, a que pudiéramos constatar que había seguido las directrices que se le sugirieron en su anterior visita y a que diera tiempo a un análisis biomecánico de su zancada.

Juan José Cañadas from Granada is one of them. That is why Sport Life put their trust in SPORT LAB for us to do an effort test in which we can determine if José Andrés could run in New York safely.

 

It happened that José Andrés already was a SPORT LAB old client, for what we had previous data of him that helped for everything to be easier, for us to check that he followed the directives we suggested in his last visit and to make possible to carry out a biomechanical analysis of his stride.
