Mostrar menúSe da la circunstancia de que con frecuencia llamáis a SPORT LAB para cualquier gestión, duda o aclaración, que es lo que debéis hacer. La familia SPORT LAB es enorme. A veces ocurre que nos es difícil identificaros por teléfono o por correo electrónico. Ha pasado tiempo desde vuestra última visita, no os acordáis de la fecha, ni de qué bicicleta traíais, etc.
Para evitar este problema hemos creado un Código SPORT LAB que asigna a cada una de vuestras bicicletas un número único e irrepetible para nosotros poder identificar el expediente correspondiente. Es decir, tu bici de montaña podría tener el código #1234 y la de carretera el #1235, la de triatlón el #1236, etc. No se asignará un código por usuario, sino por bicicleta.
Dicho código se ha traspasado a un soporte físico adhesivo, resistente a la intemperie, a los elementos, a la competencia y, además, se ha pretendido que la efectividad no vaya reñida con el diseño.
Por tanto, si en algún momento has pasado por SPORT LAB en cualquiera de sus delegaciones y con la bici que sea, te enviaremos a casa tantas pegatinas como bicicletas con las que hayas pasado por SPORT LAB aún conserves. Ni que decir tiene que en los laboratorios, y a partir de ya, se va a identificar cada bicicleta con su correspondiente código.
Si queréis un código SPORT LAB para cada una de las bicicletas que han sido realmente ajustadas en SPORT LAB, dónde si no se puede ajustar realmente tu bici, podéis mandarnos los siguientes datos:
– Nombre y Apellidos.
– Tipo de bicicleta: carretera, montaña, triatlón, etc.
Para enviarlos tenéis tres opciones:
– Grabarlo en el reverso de un Rólex Explorer I personalizado en negro por Bramford Watch Department y enviarlo sin rubor a SPORT LAB Madrid.
– Fijar una tarjeta entre los radios de esta deliciosa Seven Parcour S y enviarla convenientemente embalada a SPORT LAB Madrid.
– Mandar un correo electrónico a contacto@sportlab.es especificando en el campo asunto “Código SPORT LAB” seguido de vuestro nombre y con los datos antes mencionados en el cuerpo del correo.
A vuelta de correo postal (¿os acordáis?) recibiréis vuestros adhesivos que irán pegados en vuestras bicicletas en el sitio que más oportuno os parezca.

It happens that you often call SPORT LAB for any procedure, hesitation or clarification, that it is what you have to do. SPORT LAB family is enormous. Sometimes it is difficult to identify you by phone or e-mail. It has been a long time since your last visit, you cannot remember the date, or which bike you brought, etc.
To avoid this problem we have created a SPORT LAB Code that assigns a unrepeatable and unique number to each of your bikes for us to be able to identify the corresponding expedient. That is, your mtb bike could feature the #1234 code, your road bike the #1235, your tri ride the #1236 and so on. We will not assign a number per user, but per bike.
This code has been captured in an adhesive physical hardware, capable of resisting open air, elements, competition and, in addition, we tried that effectiveness is compatible with design.
So, if you ever visited SPORT LAB in any of its branches and with any bike, we will send you home as much stickers as bikes you paid a visit to SPORT LAB with and that you still own. Needless to say that in our laboratories, and from now on, we will identify each bike with its corresponding code.
If you want a SPORT LAB Code for each of your truly fitted at SPORT LAB bikes, you are to send us the following data:
– Name and surname.
Bike type: road, mtb, triathlon, etc.
– To send it along, you have three options:
– Engrave it in the back of a black custom Rolex Explorer I by Bramford Watch Department and send it shamelessly to SPORT LAB Madrid.
– Attach a card among the spokes of a delicious Seven Parcour S and send it properly packed to SPORT LAB Madrid.
– Send an e-mail to contacto@sportlab.es detailing in the subject field “SPORT LAB Code” followed by your name and with the aforementioned data in the body of the mail.
By return of postal mail (remember?) you will receive your stickers that will have to be stuck wherever you want but all over your bike.
