The one who practices cycling, swimming, athletics regularly and/or randomly midweek, with or without big aspirations. Training properly will avoid injuries and, as a consequence, you will improve your health and performance. Not taking part or winning races doesn´t mean that you are to bear pains, upsets or numbness that are symptoms or the prelude of a bigger problem.
Sport must be part of our daily hygiene during the whole of our lives. The best is enjoying sport and prevent risky situations that could cause retirement.
